Description
The Youth Program Manager will lead and support out-of-school youth operations, customer engagement, case management, GED preparation, job placement, tutoring, workshops, performance reporting, and staff development. The role requires at least three years of professional experience, including one year of management or supervisory experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driver’s license and vehicle, and preferably a bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Services, or a related field. The position is classified as exempt and pays $65,000 per year.
