Description
The Youth Program Instructor works within BSCO’s BASEcamp After School program in the Big Sky community, serving as the primary caregiver for students and facilitating safe, fun, and educational group activities. Responsibilities include supervising participants, managing behavior, maintaining safety, communicating with staff and parents, and preparing and cleaning programming spaces. The program runs Monday through Thursday from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., with a monthly BASE Night’s Out on Friday from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Required qualifications include CPR, First Aid, and AED certification or willingness to obtain them, and the ability to pass a background check; prior after-school or childcare experience and experience working with children are preferred.
