The role combines coaching, leadership, sales, customer service, and daily program operations, including registration growth, trial and open-house support, attendance and revenue tracking, family and player relationships, program logistics, equipment and supply management, and youth coach recruitment, training, mentoring, and observation. The position offers a $45,000-$50,000 annual salary and benefits, with coaching, youth programming, sports leadership, communication, customer service, organization, and coach development experience preferred or advantageous.
