The Link is hiring a full-time Youth Specialist in Crystal, Minnesota to provide 24-7 safety, supervision, security, crisis intervention, de-escalation, intake, and supportive services to youth at Dignity House. The role requires overnight seven-days-on, seven-days-off scheduling, comprehensive youth-support experience, relevant training, a current driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and background checks. Compensation is $20.13-$23.00 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and holiday benefits.
