The Sports Leader supports youth and adult sports programs by teaching sports fundamentals, assisting with games and practices, acting as an official, maintaining equipment and facilities, communicating with participants and parents, and ensuring YMCA safety and program standards. The role requires one year of related experience, completion of specified safety and harassment training within three months of hire, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. It is a part-time position paying $15 per hour, with YMCA membership and program discounts for employees and their families.
