APM is hiring a Youth Support Worker for its Transition to Work contract in Burwood, New South Wales. The role provides case management, builds relationships with participants, employers, and community stakeholders, markets clients to suitable employment opportunities, and drives KPI achievement. Applicants need eligibility to work in Australia, a current driver’s licence and insured vehicle, willingness to complete a criminal history check and Working with Children Check, and availability for full-time Monday-to-Friday work from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
