Description
Crossroads Programs, Inc. is hiring a full-time Youth Support Worker to provide direct care, supervision, and therapeutic support to adolescents ages 14–21 in a residential treatment setting. The role includes resident care, daily living assistance, transportation, treatment-plan support, behavior management, documentation, and team collaboration. Candidates must meet specified education or experience requirements, be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and complete physical, drug, criminal, FBI, and child-abuse clearances. The position is available on all shifts at Gamewell CSAP, with pay determined by agency request.
