New York Road Runners (NYRR) is hiring a Youth Wheelchair Training Program Head Coach for its Community Impact department in New York City. The role involves planning and leading age-appropriate wheelchair racing practices for youth athletes ages 6 to 21, maintaining racing wheelchairs, coordinating with program leadership and co-coaches, and communicating with athletes and families. The position requires five years of wheelchair racing coaching experience, prior work with youth with physical disabilities, Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferred First Aid/CPR/AED certification. The job is in-person on scheduled weekends and is paid $45 per hour.
