Description
The role independently manages youth work and collaborates with volunteer staff, defines annual educational programs, organizes youth education projects in Germany and Eastern European countries, manages project funding, recruits future talent, attends association committee meetings, creates internal and external communications, and leads staff working in the European Voluntary Service. The position requires a relevant degree or at least five years of relevant professional experience, strong methodology skills in children’s and youth work, good IT and language skills, intercultural willingness, and availability for evenings and weekends.
