GreenTomatoMedia is hiring a full-time, fully remote YouTube Growth Specialist to build and grow YouTube channels from scratch in the iGaming market. The role combines keyword and competitor research, channel and content production, SEO and ranking optimization, CTR and retention analysis, conversion testing, and AI-driven experimentation. Candidates should be analytical, comfortable with content production and basic video editing, understand YouTube and SEO fundamentals, and have strong written and spoken English. The position offers variable compensation tied to channel performance, flexible hours with at least four hours overlapping Bangkok time, and generous vacation leave.
