Description
The role is responsible for defining external procurement technical specifications for motors, matching motors to application projects, and leading cost-reduction system designs for brushless motors used in fans and blowers. It covers mechanical, electromagnetic, drive-control, material, and manufacturing optimization; troubleshooting motor-controller matching issues; validating performance, durability, noise, temperature, and reliability; and supporting mass production. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and more than three years of brushless-motor system development experience.
