Sperry Rail is hiring a YTV Operator for a high-travel, field-based role operating Yard Testing Vehicle systems, performing manual rail defect testing, supporting portable inspection operations, and maintaining equipment. The position requires travel throughout eastern or western United States, including as far south as New Orleans and as far north as Minnesota and Michigan, and includes driving a truck and trailer to multiple testing locations. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card. Compensation is $20 per hour during paid training and $60,000 annual base salary after successful training and promotion.
