Description
The Zeiss CMM Programmer develops, validates, and optimizes inspection programs using Zeiss Calypso software and operates Zeiss CMM equipment to verify machined components. The role also interprets engineering drawings and GD&T requirements, performs first-article inspections and measurement analyses, supports machine tool sales and customer evaluations, installs and troubleshoots CMM systems, generates inspection reports, and assists with quality improvement. The position is based between the Acton and Sudbury locations with occasional travel to other Methods locations and requires an associate degree or technical certification plus at least three years of Zeiss CMM programming and operating experience.
