ABB is hiring an EL Customer Operations Manager - Post-Sales to support its India Ltd Electrification Smart Power and Smart Buildings business in Bangalore. The onsite role is responsible for installing, testing, commissioning, maintaining, diagnosing, and supporting electrical equipment, panels, drives, and control systems; resolving customer complaints; preparing service documentation; managing spare parts and tools; and coordinating with technical teams. Candidates need a diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, 5–8 years of relevant experience, practical experience with electrical equipment and control systems, and strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and customer-service skills.
