Sun King Ethiopia is hiring a Zonal Training Manager in Addis Ababa to own the training and capability agenda across the company’s zones. The role translates regional and headquarters strategy into hands-on onboarding, certification, refresher, sales-clinic, and field-coaching programs; builds a trainer bench; manages training staff; and links training execution to commercial KPIs such as reactivation, certified-agent conversion, field coverage, quality, sales uplift, collections, and customer retention. The position requires substantial sales-training, learning-and-development, or sales-management experience, strong facilitation and technical knowledge of Solar Home Systems, data and LMS proficiency, and willingness to travel 60–70% across Ethiopia.
