United Airlines is hiring a Manager – Operations Control to oversee gate planning, daily schedule integrity, flight-process activities, and operational problem solving for a pod of approximately 10–20 gates. The role manages pre-shift readiness, flight activities, scheduling changes, stakeholder communication, flight-following information, safety culture, and irregular-operations analysis, while coordinating with dispatch, operations managers, network planning, and other airport stakeholders. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or four years of relevant experience, at least two years of airline management experience, strong leadership and analytical skills, and U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
