Description
The Zone Lead – FT supports the Assistant Store Manager by leading visual merchandising, product transitions, resets, freight handling, stocking, and zone maintenance in a warehouse-format store. The role also contributes to sales, customer experience, inventory control, safety, loss prevention, and store performance while coaching and motivating team members. It requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and some holidays, along with the ability to lift and move merchandise.
