Description
The Zone Lead supports visual merchandising and in-store sales by maintaining designated zones, executing product transitions and resets, processing freight, stocking merchandise, and coaching store Team Members. The role also contributes to customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, loss prevention, and store financial performance, with open availability for nights, weekends, and some holidays. The position pays $15.11–$18.89 per hour and includes medical insurance, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, holidays, volunteer time, and other benefits for full-time employees.
