Description
The Zone Lead supports the Assistant Store Manager by leading visual merchandising, product transitions, resets, freight processing, stocking, and zone maintenance in a warehouse-format store. The role also contributes to customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, loss prevention, sales goals, and store performance while coaching and motivating team members. It requires open availability for nights, weekends, and some holidays, along with physical ability to lift and move merchandise.
