Description
The Zone Lead supports the Assistant Store Manager by leading visual merchandising, product transitions, resets, freight processing, stocking, and zone maintenance in a warehouse-format store. The role also contributes to customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, loss prevention, sales goals, and store performance while coaching team members and maintaining visual standards. It requires open availability for nights, weekends, and some holidays, along with the ability to lift and move merchandise, work independently and collaboratively, and meet the stated age, education, and background-check requirements.
