Description
The Zone Lead (Part-Time) reports to the Assistant Store Manager and leads visual merchandising, zone transitions, product stocking, end-cap maintenance, freight processing, and in-store marketing implementation. The role also supports customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, loss prevention, sales goals, and team coaching, while requiring flexible availability including nights, weekends, and some holidays. Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, pass a background check, and be able to lift and move merchandise in a warehouse-format store.
