Description
The Retail Zone Manager leads sales, service, and operations across an assigned airport retail zone, including opening and closing, merchandise replenishment, visual merchandising, POS troubleshooting, inventory counts, safety inspections, and promotional execution. The role also serves as Manager on Duty, coaches and trains associates, monitors performance, and supports sales goals. A high school diploma or GED is required, while previous retail supervisory or leadership experience is preferred; the position offers medical, dental, and 401K benefits.
