Description
The Zone Retailer Development Manager is Subaru’s frontline zone-level role responsible for recruiting, upgrading, replacing, and developing dealer retailers; improving retailer financial performance; launching new dealers; managing franchise agreements; and supporting facility development. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 8–10 years of experience, strong financial analysis and leadership skills, and 70% travel throughout the zone. Compensation is $118,200–$165,000 annually plus bonus eligibility, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, vacation, tuition reimbursement, and vehicle discount benefits.
