Description
The Retail Zone Specialist assists customers, maintains store appearance, merchandises products, supports promotions and donation programs, helps with receiving trucks and pricing, and trains new associates. The role requires regular evening, weekend, and holiday availability, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push or pull up to 35 pounds, and a positive team-oriented attitude. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of retail experience are preferred. Medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage begins after 90 days of employment, along with a 401(k) match, career development, and a 20% associate discount.
