Description
ZPM Launchpad is a three-month full-time technical residency for graduates, early-career engineers, and candidates with 2–3 years of experience transitioning from a different domain. Participants work on photonics, MEMS, electronics, fabrication, assembly, testing, and startup operations, developing depth in a specific technical area while gaining context across ZPM’s core technologies. Successful completion may lead to a permanent full-time role, with relocation support, company options, and private health insurance available.
