hey is it too late for summer marketing internships in chicago
Why text works
Students don't open career portals. They answer texts.
Texting reaches students where they already are, including the ones who never book an appointment or check their school email.
Any phone, nothing to install
There's no app to download and no password to reset. If a student can send a text, they can search for work.
Help at 2 a.m.
Students text when they're actually looking, late at night or between classes, not only during office hours.
In their own words
Students write the way they talk, like “paid, near campus, no mornings,” and the agent takes it into account.
What students see
Real internships and jobs, by text, whenever they ask.
One number they can save. Here's what a student sees when the career center enrolls them, when they ask for openings, and when they practice for an interview.
Enrolled by the career center
The first text names your career center, so students know who it's from.
Openings that fit, any time
Each list shows pay, distance, and a link to apply.
Interview practice on demand
Students rehearse real questions for a real role, with feedback after every answer.
What advisors see
Spend advising time on the students who are stuck.
Advisors see which students have gone quiet, have no applications, or are falling behind, with the reason, and can text them in one tap.
- Who is stuck, and why, in plain language
- Your own rules for what counts as at-risk
- Notes and outcomes stay in one record
What leadership reports
First-destination outcomes without the survey chase.
Outcomes are recorded as students land jobs and graduate seats, in NACE categories, so your knowledge rate is current all year and every figure traces back to the students behind it.
- NACE first-destination categories, current all year
- Open any number to see the students behind it
- Export for accreditors any time
Across campus
One record for everyone who helps students launch.
Career services, advising, and academic leadership work from the same student record instead of their own spreadsheets.
Career services
A career agent for every student, and a queue of who needs a person.
Academic advising
See which advisees are stuck and why, without a separate report.
Deans and provosts
Outcomes by college and program, current all year.
Institutional research
NACE-aligned outcomes with the evidence behind every number.
Employer relations
See which employers are hiring your graduates and for what.
Curriculum committees
Compare programs against what employers near you are hiring for now.
Community colleges
Built for short programs, transfer students, and working adults.
Alumni relations
Graduates keep their agent, so outcomes don't stop at commencement.
Where Metaintro fits
Your platforms post jobs. We work every student's search.
Your career platform posts jobs and your survey collects outcomes after the fact. Neither one reaches students or follows their search, and that's the gap Metaintro fills.

Questions
What institutions ask us.
We already have a career platform. Why add this?
Your platform posts jobs and records appointments. Metaintro works each student's search by text, flags who is stuck with the reason, and records outcomes as students land roles. It connects to your existing systems rather than replacing them.
How do students actually adopt it?
They use it because it finds them real jobs. It works by text and on the web, so there is no app to install and it's there when students are actually looking.
What about FERPA and data privacy?
Metaintro is FERPA compliant and SOC 2 certified. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, and the institution owns its data.
Can we set our own definition of at-risk?
Yes. You set the rules, such as days since last reply, application count, or weeks to graduation, and choose who each alert goes to.
How long does implementation take?
First cohort live in two weeks. We handle the roster import, setup, and advisor training.
What does pricing look like?
Plans are sized to your institution. Every engagement starts with a short call, and you can export your data and leave at any time.
How do we know why the system recommended something?
Every recommendation carries the evidence behind it. When a faculty member or an accreditor asks how an outcome was reached, you can show the record rather than describe the model.
See it on your campus
Walk through it with your own class roster.
We'll text a phone in the room, show an advisor's week, and build a first-destination view on your own class. 30 minutes, no prep needed.

- Bring an advisor. They'll get it in five minutes.
