“My heat pump failed when it was over 30 degrees out. We called Pierrefonds Chauffage Inc. A rep called us back the same day and booked us in for the next morning. He was professional and laid out a few options, explaining the advantages and drawbacks of each. We went with the Lennox XP14. The installation was done professionally within a few days. Very satisfied with the service and with how well the system performs. I highly recommend this company.”
