“Our new deck is beautiful! It took longer than expected to construct but that reflects on the quality of the build as there were no shortcuts taken and the workmanship and quality of materials is the best I’ve seen. “Midtown screened in my patio and did a great job, I’m very pleased. First they helped me with documents and diagrams I needed for HOA approval, which I much appreciated. The guys doing the actual work were all professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and the install appears to be pretty much perfect. I’m really happy with the results and I’d certainly recommend Midtown.”

“The midtown’s home improvement company Workers who did the construction is the best teams I have work with. They were professional in their crafts. They talk with me during the project answering all questions I had. Took time to explain what I didn’t understand. What crews ever do that? When they were finished the clean up was wonderful. They even check to see if I was satisfied. The projects front door replacement and windows trim replacement was outstanding and look good. I send an outstanding shout out to the teams and crews Ken”

“We love our new siding! Midtown Home Improvements did a great job. Cody and Peter didn’t just manage our project, they made sure we were very happy throughout, from selecting colors and options, getting it scheduled, and making sure that everything went smoothly. The installers were craftsmen, doing every detail with skill. They also fixed some issues from the original builders. We’ll be using them for any projects in the future that come up.”

“Would definitely recommend Midtown Home Improvements! They were very professional, efficient, and had great communication. Being honest, my husband is not one to spend money. I'm the fun one in our relationship, lol. He was a little hesitant, but after the finished product, he absolutely loves our new deck! He even complemented the quality while talking to a friend. If you can win my husband over, you're excellent at what you do♥️ Thanks again! We love it!”
