Thank you for choosing Metaintro Pro and Premium subscriptions. We are committed to ensuring satisfaction for all our subscribers. Our refund policy outlines the circumstances under which we will issue refunds and provides guidance on the applicable procedures.

General Refund Conditions

  • We do not offer refunds for email newsletter subscriptions: However, we will issue a full refund if you were charged for a subscription that you did not purchase (in the case of fraud). In this case, we will require proof of fraud documents from your bank provider in order to issue the refund. This refund process can take up to 30 days.

Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us via email at contact@metaintro.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and email address associated with the subscription.
  • The reason for requesting a refund.
  • (If applicable) Proof of fraudulent charge.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within up to 180 business days of receiving a valid refund request and any required documentation.

Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • If the refund request is made after the specified time limits.
  • If the subscriber violates our Terms of Service.
  • For dissatisfaction with the content of the newsletters, as we provide a free version for users to gauge the quality and relevance of our content before purchasing a subscription.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for any other reason, including if you are not satisfied with your subscription or if you decide that you no longer want to receive the newsletter.
