Advantage HQ is hiring a Learning & Development Manager to build and lead a scalable learning ecosystem for a fast-growing technology-enabled growth firm. The role owns the learning strategy, internal academy, leadership and management development, onboarding, training programs, LMS, analytics, and cross-functional partnerships with executives, People & Culture, and department leaders. It requires 5–10+ years of experience in learning, talent, organizational, or leadership development, along with expertise in scaling programs, instructional design, LMS implementation, competency frameworks, and modern learning technologies.
