Что говорят их клиенты
Цитаты сотрудников компаний-клиентов greentank.
““Greentank ended up having all of the qualities we wanted. We wanted to build a partnership with our vendors, we don’t just want someone to ‘buy from’. They always work with us, ‘of course we can do that’ . It’s great to work with someone that wants us to succeed. “”
““It came down to quality, it came down to customer service, it came down to R&D. We got to R&D the carts. The components of the carts are all really good materials, we didn’t have any clogging or any issues. We have less than a 0.01% failure rate, which is absolutely incredible. We see a very consistent experience, and we appreciate the transparency on all fronts from Greentank. Failure rate is pretty much non-existent, and that’s really important to us. “”
““Communication. It’s all about good communication. Attention to detail. Staying on top of it. And you guys are on top of it. We can trust you guys as supply chain partners. You have enabled us to stay consistent and maintain our brand presence. Once again, it’s all about communication, and you guys are on top of it. “”
““The quality has been SO much better than we have had with previous vendors. I think the relationship is probably the biggest thing. It’s nice to have someone to call and be like ‘hey, I need this ASAP’ and have it done. We don’t have that with every vendor. So if you’re looking for a relationship where someone is going to do you right, and be willing towork with you, Greentank is a great partner. “”
““Greentank has been by far the easiest and best to work with. They have continued to be proactive in meeting our needs. The turnaround and communication are major for us. I feel very grateful for the partnership. It has truly been a two-way street here, they do what it takes to make sure we’re both successful in the market.””

““We spent roughly a year testing different hardware. We tested 7 different companies in total to see who could supply us with ‘scale’, and in terms of reliability, quality, and price, none of those other companies were able to match, especially the reliability and terms that we are able to get with Greentank. Deliveries are always there when they say they are going to be there. Product fault rate is less than 0.1%, which is unheard of. So quality and reliability is a huge factor on why we went with Greentank.””
