Intrepid Build LLC

“Longfellow was extremely pleased with the professionalism, quality, and responsiveness of Intrepid throughout our office relocation project. The Intrepid team was incredibly flexible and accommodating to our everchanging schedule and scope. Their attention to detail and strong communication made the transition and we would absolutely recommend them for future tenant improvement and relocation projects.”

“The team at Intrepid Build has helped my company with several projects, from large to small. Quality, safety, cleanliness, and professionalism are top notch. They really attempt to partner with you to problem solve your particular challenge. Whether you are constrained by cost, time, scope, or some combination; they will help devise and execute a plan to maximize the result within those constraints.”

“Of all the construction groups we have worked with through the years, we have found Intrepid Build to be the most competent and capable in RTP. What sets them apart from all others is their proactive transparency upwards to the client and downwards to their employees and sub-contractors. Over multiple projects their teams have consistently delivered within 10% of their forecasted timelines and 5% of their forecasted cost. Those results were favorable coming in under budget and early. We strongly recommend Intrepid as a leading construction firm in the RTP area.”
