“The Danis team did a very good job of coordinating all the work activities throughout the entire project. We dealt with many obstacles throughout the project and Danis remained professional though them all. They also showed an attention to detail that led to an aesthetically pleasing, high quality product.”
“Danis demonstrated excellent skills in project and construction management. CareSource was kept well informed of all construction issues. Under their collaborative leadership we were able to work as true partners in working through and resolving issues as they came up. The final building has fully exceeded our expectations.”
“I greatly appreciated the high-quality workmanship, project administration services, and your understanding of schedule for delivery of the Center for Translational Research. It was a challenging timeline…the responsiveness and skilled efforts of yourself and the site team were KEY in the success of construction. I look forward to future opportunities to work with you and your team again.”
“It's something that I now showcase when I talk about how you can take innovation and you can take collaboration and bring it to the next level. The ICC really did that for our project.”
“Such a large project is often a once-in-a-career endeavor and can create a tense environment that challenges all involved. I am happy to report that our Danis/Mercy team delivered in unprecedented ways that will forever be fondly remembered by our team. I am happy to enthusiastically endorse Danis and thank them for their performance in delivering this truly transformational product that honors our staff, patients, and the community we serve.”

“The value engineering process you directed was not the generally anticipated cost-cutting exercise, but was skillfully approached, resulting in true value for Biogen: a better project at less cost.”
“I have never worked with such a kind, knowledgeable, and respectful team of construction managers…Danis is by far number one in reviewing specifications, estimating, and managing projects. Danis took the time to talk with the teachers and principals to let them know what to expect with each building they worked on for us. I definitely recommend Danis and hope to work with them again someday.”
“We would like to commend Danis for their close management of our construction budget and contingency that ultimately led to the return of unused contingency dollars to assist with other projects.”
“Every step of the way, Danis proved themselves to be a true ally and partner – from providing accurate budgets and schedules to masterfully recreating historical elements of the building and safely navigating construction in a downtown setting.”
“The Danis team managed continual refinement and design changes throughout the construction of the project seamlessly, while achieving a timely delivery for our Tenant, AtriCure. We use multiple metrics of success achieved on this project, including a pleased Tenant, timely completion, quality product and competitive cost due in large part to your team’s professionalism and hard work. We appreciate Danis’ dedication to these common goals and look forward to future opportunities to work together.”
