Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Required Previous Experiences
Hands-on experience delivering and deploying IoT/IIoT, sensing/automation, and/or machine vision solutions in an industrial environment.
People leadership experience, including coaching, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
Experience guiding software development practices, including code reviews, testing, CI/CD expectations, and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
Machine vision hardware and software experience, including camera selection, lenses, lighting, calibration, and OpenCV algorithm development.
IoT architecture experience covering edge compute, device management, connectivity, data ingestion, storage, analytics, and device or data security.
Experience translating manufacturing or tool constraints into measurable signals and sensing strategies for abnormal-condition and risk detection.
Data engineering fundamentals, including reliable pipelines, data quality, traceability, monitoring, alerting, and scalable data access.
Embedded and edge prototyping and integration experience, including Arduino or Raspberry Pi and factory-network troubleshooting.
Program and project management skills, including planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, cross-site alignment, and execution rhythms.
Experience hiring, onboarding, and developing engineers while building a culture of engineering excellence and ownership.
