Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Required Previous Experiences: 10 years of cloud-native architecture experience in a customer-facing or support role, including application development and integration
Experience with search systems, including retrieval, ranking, and search quality tuning
Experience presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders
Experience coding in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, or Java to demonstrate, prototype, or workshop integration patterns
Experience architecting solutions connecting intelligent systems models and agents to enterprise data sources using RAG, Text-to-SQL, and semantic search
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with functional evaluation metrics for model and agent quality
Experience with iPaaS, API gateways, or enterprise service buses in a cloud environment
Experience developing agents with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or the Google Software Development Toolkit
Knowledge of distributed tracing, logging, and audit logging for automated workflows
Knowledge of application integration governance and security, including OAuth2 and short-lived credential management
Understanding of OpenAPI and Model Context Protocol integration patterns
