Diploma in Engineering, Applied Science, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Required Previous Experiences
At least 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, R&D, process development, or a similar technical setting
Hands-on experience in cleanroom environments
Familiarity with wafer handling, semiconductor process equipment, and laboratory operations
Experience operating metrology or inspection tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting semiconductor process development or integration activities
Familiarity with deposition, etch, clean, anneal, or metrology systems
Experience in sample management, laboratory logistics, and inventory control
Understanding of SPC, DOE, experimental data collection, and process monitoring
Ability to identify process anomalies and support structured troubleshooting
Experience working closely with Process Engineers in R&D or technology development environments
Strong ownership, organization, and execution skills in a fast-paced laboratory environment
