Lam 正在招聘一名现场工艺工程师，为客户现场提供工艺支持、安装、故障排查和生产力改进；支持 Beta 现场、评估以及首次在晶圆厂内的安装；设计实验并分析数据；制定工艺配方和硬件要求；开展根本原因分析；协调统计分析和持续改进；并为现场服务团队和客户提供技术领导。该职位要求相关领域博士学位，或硕士学位并具有至少三年相关经验，或学士学位并具有至少六年经验，同时具备数据分析、沟通、洁净室和安全技能。该职位可采用 On-site Flex 或 Virtual Flex 混合办公模式。

Minimum Education: PhD in Electronics, Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, or a related field; or a Master of Science with at least three years of relevant work experience; or a Bachelor of Science with at least six years of work experience.
Required Previous Experiences: At least three years of relevant work experience for a Master of Science candidate
At least six years of work experience for a Bachelor of Science candidate
Preferred Qualifications: In-depth understanding of Statistical Process Control and/or Design of Experiments
Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams, customers, and partners
Collaborative mindset in a matrixed environment
