Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Automation, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent education and relevant experience
Required Previous Experiences
Experience supporting manufacturing operations, process improvement, production line development, or related engineering activities
Experience developing, improving, or supporting manufacturing equipment, fixtures, and tooling
Preferred Qualifications
Approximately three or more years of experience in a manufacturing engineering or production environment
Experience leading pilot production runs, process validation, or new product introduction activities
Knowledge of automation technologies, smart manufacturing, and IIoT applications
Experience applying Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
Familiarity with quality improvement tools, root-cause analysis, and corrective action processes
Experience creating process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials
Knowledge of assembly and testing processes in an industrial manufacturing environment
