武田正在新加坡招聘一名实验室负责人，负责管理制造科学实验室，带领团队规划并执行小规模上游/下游实验及分析检测，为生产运营和数字化工艺解决方案提供支持，并推动全球实验室战略在本地的落地实施。该岗位包含人员领导、预算管理、设备监督、EHS 合规以及在武田全球制造科学网络内开展跨职能协作。

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or Biochemical Engineering; alternatively a Master’s or PhD degree in one of these fields.
Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 6+ years with a master's or PhD.
Hands-on experience with upstream/perfusion cell culture and downstream purification in a small-scale manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with analytical methods and method implementation.
Hands-on experience with small-scale process development, DOE, and scale-down model implementation.
Experience in people management.
Preferred Qualifications: Analytical method development experience.
Large-scale biologics manufacturing experience.
Strong DOE, planning, and scheduling skills.
Understanding of small-scale process validation requirements.
Knowledge of GLP.
Ability to work in a matrix environment and collaborate effectively.
