Framework 正在台湾招聘一名机械工程师，负责模块和系统从概念设计、原型制作到 NPI、生产及制造监督的端到端机械设计。该职位涉及 CAD 设计、公差分析、FMEA、仿真、注塑成型、压铸、CNC、工装、组装、可靠性测试，并需与设计师、工程师、质量团队及 ODM 合作。这是一份全职混合办公职位，需在台北市信义区办公室工作，并进行最多 10% 的本地及国际差旅。招聘要求具备 10 年以上复杂电子产品相关经验，拥有机械工程学士学位或同等经验，并具备出色的英语沟通能力。

附加信息

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience with complex electronics products
Experience driving mechanical product development from concept through production
Experience with injection molding, die casting, forming, extrusion, CNC, and mass production processes
Experience designing plastic and metal parts and assemblies, tooling, final assembly, and reliability testing
Preferred Qualifications: Passion for environmentalism and/or DIY
Design for 3D printing expertise
Experience across multiple electronics product categories
Mechanical engineering and product design experience in a startup
Experience working as a remote member of an international team
