Minimum Education: Master’s degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field; or a PhD with equivalent experience.
Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of experience for master’s-degree candidates
5+ years of experience for PhD candidates
Equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications: Laboratory and semiconductor-equipment experience, including surface preparation and analytical techniques
In-depth understanding of SPC and/or DOE
Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or similar scientific computing languages
Statistical analysis and problem-solving methodologies
Experience with JMP, Minitab, or similar statistical tools
Background in plasma physics and semiconductor etching technologies
Material synthesis and characterization
Experience in collaborative, matrixed environments with semiconductor customers and partners
Experience in semiconductor process design, deposition, etching, dielectrics, conductors, or metal films
