Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing or architecting on-premises data center environments, including virtualization, networking, storage, and server infrastructure.
3+ years of experience with VMware technologies in production enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with large-scale data center-to-data center or data center-to-cloud migrations.
Hands-on AWS experience with EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, EBS, Direct Connect, AWS Transform, MGN, DMS, and SCT.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon ECS, or Amazon EKS and containerizing legacy applications.
Experience running SAP workloads on AWS or performing SAP OS/DB migrations.
Experience converting Oracle workloads to PostgreSQL, Amazon Aurora, or other open-source databases.
Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible for infrastructure automation.
