1. Senior Mobile Engineer (React Native)

  • Location: SoHo, New York City or US-based Remote
  • Role: As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of creating mobile applications that shape the future of finance. The role involves working closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to develop high-quality mobile products.
  • Requirements: This position requires over 5 years of software development experience, with a focus on native iOS or React Native. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
  • Compensation: The salary range is $190,000-$220,000, plus equity, tokens, and comprehensive benefits.

2. Senior Smart Contract Engineer

  • Location: SoHo, New York City or US-based Remote
  • Role: This role focuses on designing and implementing smart contracts for the next iteration of the Uniswap Protocol. It involves extensive research and application of new smart contract paradigms.
  • Requirements: Applicants should have at least 4 years of experience in Solidity, a deep understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine, and experience deploying complex systems on the Ethereum mainnet.
  • Compensation: The salary range is $210,000-$240,000, with additional benefits.

3. Smart Contract Engineer

  • Location: SoHo, New York City or US-based Remote (with option for partial/full remote work)
  • Role: Focuses on building the next generation of the Uniswap Protocol, including designing and implementing smart contracts for Ethereum's largest decentralized trading and automated market making protocol.
  • Requirements: At least 1+ years of experience in building production-grade Solidity contracts and working on blockchains, consensus algorithms, p2p, or applied cryptography. Deep knowledge of Ethereum, the EVM, and a broad understanding of the Ethereum roadmap are essential.
  • Desirable Skills: Experience in Go, Rust, or similar languages, a degree in math or computer science, experience implementing complex math in Solidity, and familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, ECS, CDK, DynamoDB) are advantageous. A love for unicorns is a bonus!

4. Social Media Manager

  • Location: SoHo, New York City (partial/full remote work)
  • Role: Responsible for reaching audiences online and creatively telling the story of crypto, DeFi, and Web3. This includes launching social campaigns and creating content across platforms like Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, in collaboration with various internal teams.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Execute overall social strategy from concept to execution, while maintaining Uniswap's brand tone.
    • Own content creation and execution for all platforms, coordinating with multiple teams.
    • Develop social media calendar integrated with communications and product timelines.
    • Cultivate relationships with users and identify growth opportunities across platforms.

  • Requirements:
    • 3-5 years of experience managing multiple social media platforms.

5. Software Engineer, Protocols

  • Role: Focuses on designing and implementing systems and protocols that build upon the Ethereum blockchain for the next generation of the Uniswap Protocol.

    • Build and maintain low-level backend services that interact with the Uniswap Protocol.
    • Research and contribute to Ethereum Improvement Proposals (EIPs).
    • Participate in discussions from initial product ideas to launch.
  • Requirements:
    • 1+ years of experience in blockchains, consensus algorithms, p2p, or applied cryptography.
    • Deep knowledge of Ethereum, the EVM, and a broad understanding of the Ethereum roadmap.

6. Workplace Operations Coordinator

  • Location: SoHo, New York City, United States (full-time on-site position)
  • Role: Responsible for organizing and maintaining the daily operations of the SoHo headquarters office, creating a welcoming and efficient work environment for employees and guests.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Be the main point of contact for the office, ensuring a great experience for anyone who walks in the door.
    • Maintain a well-organized, stocked, secure, and presentable working environment.
