What their customers say
Quotes from people at Magnum York Property Management's customers.
“I have had mMagnum York managing my rental property for sometime now and I’m very please with the level of service provided. They are very professional, efficient and have done a great job making sure I only have responsible tenants as I’ve requested. Anytime I have needed to speak with Magnum York or had an inquiry, they have been extremely prompt and I always have my answer right away. Especially with some of the horror stories out there of dealing with other management companies, I could not see myself going anywhere else for my property management needs!”
“Magnum York Property Management has been taking care of my rental units for several years. Since we began working together I’ve been beyond impressed with their high level of service, professionalism and great communication. I would recommend their property management services to anyone.”
“Magnum York West Property Management has been taking care of a number of my properties for the past several years. My experience working with them is very much a positive one. Magnum York does a great job communicating and keeping me up to date on any tenant changes, rental of my properties and informing me of any maintenance etc. that is require. Their professionalism is refreshing and I welcome the opportunity of having them for my property managers for a number of years to come.”
“We own 3 multi-family buildings in Edmonton and had asked Magnum York to manage them approximately one year ago. Having owned these properties for 15 years, we unfortunately have gone through 2 other Management companies in the time, and have finally found a company that is dependable, organized, and has great customer service. We would highly recommend Magnum to any fellow investors. The company treats the properties like their own!”
“We have retained Magnum York as our condominium managers for some ten to fifteen years. They are knowledgeable, efficient and extremely helpful in all day to day aspects of the managing of the building including completing major projects within budget. I would have no hesitation in recommending Magnum York to any condominium board looking for efficient, professional management services.”

“Magnum York is experienced in all facets of property management. They helped implement many new ideas, processes that have improved the quality of life in our 156 suite condominium community. In particular, their capability to provide dedicated service for a large Condo building is impressive!”
“I highly recommend Magnum York Property Management and after 6 years of working with them I would not purchase another condo unless they were managing it. Ron has assisted us in getting our board organized and running smoothly. We look to him to provide recommendations and suggestions and he has guided us through some large and complicated projects. Without his knowledge and expertise, I feel our Corporation would not be where it is today.”
