IFS Industries is hiring a 3rd Shift Production Operator in Garland, Texas for its hot melt manufacturing operation. The role focuses on safely operating production equipment, compounding, mixing, blending, packaging, and monitoring product quality while meeting safety, environmental, and production targets. It is a full-time 3rd shift position in a manufacturing plant setting requiring basic troubleshooting, inventory recording, teamwork, and the ability to work in physically demanding conditions including heat, dust, chemicals, and use of a respirator.
