Description
The Administrative Assistant (AA) Supervisor supports workflow management, business procedures, service quality, workload coordination, operational consistency, and communication within a law firm. The role supervises administrative assistants, provides direction and training, monitors coverage and service quality, supports onboarding and mentoring, evaluates performance, addresses workplace issues, and improves administrative processes while continuing to provide legal administrative support to assigned attorneys or workgroups. The position requires at least seven years of administrative assistant experience, strong communication and judgment, proficiency with firm applications, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
