Description
The Administrative Assistant provides clerical support to the program director and other staff, including telephone reception, intake assistance, data entry, case-file management, purchasing and inventory, budget tracking, document preparation, travel coordination, community outreach, and client follow-up. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, meeting regulatory requirements, supporting staff and clients, and providing 24-hour on-call services for FAYS and HOPES. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, two years of administrative experience, advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills, First Aid and CPR certification, a valid Texas driver's license, reliable transportation, and work authorization in the United States.
