Description
The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Director for University Recreation and the Assistant Vice President for Health & Well-Being. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting coordination, budget and accounting support, travel and reimbursement processing, onboarding, office and supply management, visitor intake, event and appointment scheduling, student-worker support, reporting, and cross-divisional communication. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of related full-time professional assistant or projects coordinator experience, Microsoft 365 proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, data-analysis ability, and Red Cross Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid certification or certification within 90 days of hire.
