Description
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to leadership, board committees, human resources, marketing and communications, development and fundraising, office operations, records management, compliance, contracts, and community engagement. The role is full-time, onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with 40 hours per week. It requires 3–5 years of related experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but experience may substitute, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, databases, and graphics is required.
