Description
The Education Pillar Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support, develops requisitions, manages budgets and financial processes, collects and enters data, prepares reports and invoices, maintains documentation and office supplies, and supports program communications and recruitment. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in office systems, administration, education, or a related field, at least two years of related administrative experience, and availability for travel to Club locations across Puerto Rico, evening and weekend engagement with funders, and frequent internal contact.
